Greetings Limousin Friends:
We had to cancel our last meeting  because of weather. We had a conference call  for Kevin & Heart officers. An agreement was made for Heart members to consign cattle to the Four States Sale at a sale facility at  Perkins, Okla. The address is 10819 South Rose Rd.,74059. This was previously Limestone Angus Ranch. They have an excellent sale facility. Pens have water but consignors need to bring feed and hay and feed troughs. Forms can be down loaded from Heart website, heartlimiok.com. A $50.00 nomination fee per lot must be sent with entry and this has to be received by the 13th day of February to have animals advertised in catalog. Animals can still be consigned but will not be in catalog. Nomination fee will
be applied to sale commission if animal is sold at sale. They have agreed that commission will be 13 to 15 percent and not over 15 percent. Kevin would like to have a meeting with all consignors at the sale facility March 31st, 5:00 pm. Cattle have to be at sale by that time.

The next meeting for Heart will be March 4th -- 12:00 for lunch --meeting at 1:00 p.m. at Curtiss  Watsons I-40 & Harrah exit. Hope to see you there.
